Emma answers questions based on your own words; you don't need to know “government speak”. She also knows a lot of common search terms. She can:

Below her answer, she might also offer information related to your question. For now, Emma works best on your desktop computer or laptop, but soon she’ll work just as well on mobile devices. To start chatting with Emma, click the “Ask a Question” link in the upper right corner of the USCIS home page.

The USCIS office that serves the 08401 area is the: Mount Laurel Field Office, 530 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website.

Naturalization Self Test
The naturalization self test is a study tool to help test your knowledge of U.S. history and government. The actual civics test is NOT a multiple choice test. The civics test is an oral test. During the naturalization interview, you will be asked up to 10 questions from the list of 100 questions. This is the online version of the test.
Study Materials for the English Test
The English test contains three parts: reading, writing, and speaking. For the reading portion, you must read one out of three sentences correctly. For the writing test, you must write one out of three sentences correctly. Several study tools are available to help you prepare. Certain applicants, due to age and time as a permanent resident, are exempt from the English requirements for naturalization and may take the civics test in the language of their choice. US Green Card Lottery
Electronic Diversity Visa Lottery (Green Card)
The 2017 Diversity Visa program (Green Card Lottery) is now open. The entry submission period for DV-2017 is from 12:00PM EDT October 1, 2015 to 12:00PM EST on November 3, 2015. The entry form will only be available for submission during this period and this period only. Entries will NOT be accepted by mail. After reading the instructions, scroll down and click on “Begin Entry” to enter the DV Lottery.
