The Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, 1-800-496-4570,  is part of South Jersey Legal Services, a private, nonprofit legal services organization which provides free legal services to low-income people in Atlantic County, and to other counties in South Jersey.

Please note that this Taxpayer Clinic does not prepare taxes; instead they provide assistance with federal income tax issues related to:  Earned Income Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit, Help Preventing Tax Levies and Collection, Challenges to Tax Liability, Employee/Independent Contractor Issues, Identity Theft and other IRS disputes.
