Below her answer, she might also offer information related to your question. For now, Emma works best on your desktop computer or laptop, but soon she’ll work just as well on mobile devices. To start chatting with Emma, click the “Ask a Question” link in the upper right corner of the USCIS home page. - Latest US Citizenship InformationFind out how to check on immigration status and how to get a "green card" and how to fill out popular forms, including the I 130 and I 485.

The USCIS office that serves the 08401 area is the: Mount Laurel Field Office, 530 Fellowship Road, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website.

The civics test is an oral test. During the naturalization interview, you will be asked up to 10 questions from the list of 100 questions. This is the online version of the test.
- Study Materials for the English TestThe English test contains three parts: reading, writing, and speaking. For the reading portion, you must read one out of three sentences correctly. For the writing test, you must write one out of three sentences correctly. Several study tools are available to help you prepare. Certain applicants, due to age and time as a permanent resident, are exempt from the English requirements for naturalization and may take the civics test in the language of their choice.
